Position Summary:

At Nestlé, our Functional Relationship Managers (FRMs) play a critical role in bridging business needs with IT solutions. As the FRM for Finance, Legal, and HR functions, you will act as a strategic advisor and a single point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration, aligned priorities, and delivery of value-driven technology solutions.

A Day in the Life of an FRM:

• Act as atrusted partnerto Finance, Legal, and HR functions for all IT-related needs.
• Translatebusiness requirements into clear IT deliverablesin alignment with Nestlé’s global standards.
• Manage thefull solution lifecycle: from ideation and demand capture to delivery, support, and retirement.
• Collaborate closely withglobal and regional teamsto ensure successful deployment and adoption of IT initiatives.
• Facilitatechange management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensurecompliancewith IT policies, data security standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor and improveuser satisfaction, operational excellence, and digital maturity across functions.

What Will Make You Successful:

• Proven experience inIT business partnering or relationship management, ideally within an FMCG or large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding ofFinance, Legal, and HR processesand their digital transformation needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work acrosscross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Ability toinfluence without authorityand build strong stakeholder trust.
• Demonstrated capability inproject delivery, portfolio management, and change enablement.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach with afocus on business value.
• Familiarity withSAP, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise platformsis a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree ininformation technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum5 –7 years of experiencein a similar role.
