Proficiency in container and cloud-native architectures (e.g., Kubernetes, Istio, Argo, MongoDB, Redis, etc.). 5. Demonstrated technical leadership in providing design options to address challenging issues. 6. Demonstrated capability in evaluating and adopting new technologies. 7. Skilled in people management, motivation, and development to empower a highly efficient and quality-driven DevOps team.
