Who we are looking for We are currently seeking for an IS Support / Application Support (Tier 1) to provide first-line (Tier 1) application support in a global organization, delivering initial response and troubleshooting for business application systems. What you will do The role includes handling incidents and service requests, supporting daily application operations, and working closely with the Business Applications team to ensure stable and continuous system availability for users worldwide.The position is user-facing and service-oriented, with responsibility for initial diagnosis, resolution of basic issues, proper escalation, and clear communication with global users.
