Due to the large number of systems, interconnected services, cloud-basedworkloads, and statewide locations, additional staff is required to effectivelysupport this effort. As a Microsoft Government G5 tenant that heavily leveragescloud services, the team must ensure that all systems follow industry bestpractices, meet strategic initiatives, comply with federal and state regulatoryrequirements, and maintain business continuity. This includes adhering to cloudsecurity practices such as Zero Trust principles, role-based access controls,secure configuration baselines, and continuous monitoring aligned withgovernment cloud standards.This position will be part of the team responsible for delivering and supportingcloud-centric solutions, while also assisting with day-to-day operational needsacross the environment.Candidates must be self-motivated, team-oriented, able to work under limitedsupervision, and capable of responding quickly to priority tasks as they arise.Pre-employment Checks (drug, credit, criminal, motor vehicle)?• Credit check – 7-year history• Criminal background check – 7-year history• E-Verify• Confidentiality Agreement• Business Associate (BA) Agreement• Drug-Free Workplace AffidavitDaily Duties / Responsibilities:Emphases for the Web/Internet candidate will include supporting the Office 365Government G5 SharePoint environment and related solutioning efforts for aremote workforce. Responsibilities include development, configuration, andmodification of sites, forms, and workflows; Power BI support; site administrationand permissions; user support; ongoing site maintenance; and day-to-dayoperational activities.Specific duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:• Development, testing, modification, and deployment of SharePoint sites,forms, and workflows using Office 365 Government tools.• Assisting in the design of system architectures that align withorganizational strategic business objectives.• Administering and maintaining sites and sub-sites.• Managing site and sub-site security.• Managing site layout, structure, and content.• Providing SharePoint support to end users.• Reviewing and monitoring usage reports.• Performing site cleanup and removing unused sites.• Assisting with Office 365 Government G5 environment management,permissions, and security.• Deploying custom-developed and third-party SharePoint solutionpackages.• Configuring SharePoint services and settings.• Documenting SharePoint configurations and architectural designs.• Applying advanced technical and business knowledge across multipledisciplines and processes.• Creating supporting project and system documentation.• Providing regular updates to the Project Team.• Managing site quotas and file size limits.• Collaboratively conceptualizing existing systems and product solutions.• Planning, organizing, reviewing, and implementing project milestonesthrough completion.• Creating architecture diagrams and technology navigation maps.• Assisting with developing policies and procedures that align with agencycybersecurity standards, including information risk management, datacriticality, confidentiality, and protection (e.g., NIST 800-53, FISMA, SCInfoSec Requirements).The position will be assigned for 40 hours per week for the duration of the project.The candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including outside traditionalbusiness hours when necessary. Remote work may be possible.The candidate will work closely with the Assigned M365 Solutions Manager toidentify, prioritize, and schedule workloads and ensure implementation adheresto IT standards and procedures.
