Administer medications and IV therapy following strict safety protocols. Work closely with doctors, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans. Maintain comprehensive medical records and ensure accurate documentation. Provide emotional support to patients and their families in critical situations. Adhere to infection control and hygiene standards to maintain patient safety. What You Bring: We welcome applications from qualified German and international nurses who meet the following criteria: Qualifications & Skills: Completed nursing training (Pflegefachkraft) or a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Additional specialization or experience in Intensive Care Nursing is preferred. Foreign-trained nurses: Willingness to undergo qualification recognition (Anerkennung) if required.
