Delivering customer engagements: Prepare and deliver technical engagements including strategy sessions, envisioning workshops, architecture design sessions and rapid prototyping to demonstrate key capabilities, validate against identified risks and finalize technology choices. AI Transformation Leadership: Be the trusted voice within the business and for customers on the latest AI platform and technology trends, guiding their transformation journeys. By prioritizing AI use cases through design thinking workshops, you will lead these journeys effectively. Strategic Vision and Planning: Own and execute a clear strategic vision for AI transformation initiatives on a set of targeted accounts, aligning with organizational goals and customer needs by collaborating and orchestrating cross-functional teams. Solution Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive solution architectures based on patterns and practices that are tied to customer requirements and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure and optimized for performance. By utilizing consultation skills, you will uncover and prioritize opportunities, ensuing solutions are addressing real customer needs. Cross Platform Collaboration: Adopt a holistic approach to integrate capabilities across the entire cloud platform, identifying synergies and optimizing cross-platform integration. You will work with your peers and stakeholders to make the Innovation Hub the home of Cross Solution AI Transformation. Stay updated with the market trends and collaborate with the technical communities. Lead the creation of scalable, field-relevant assets through internal communities. Champion Hub engagement success by connecting technical capabilities to sales opportunities and serving as a trusted voice with sales leaders and account teams. 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.​ Security operations, Threat Intelligence, Cyber Incident Response or Penetration Testing/Red Teaming and understanding on the role of AI in advancing cyber defense methodologies. Kill-chain model, ATT&CK framework, and modern penetration testing techniques Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems Regenerative AI and/or related technologies in the field of cybersecurity. Major cloud and productivity platforms as well as identity systems and related security concern Cloud security technologies, architectures and concepts such as Zero Trust, cloud security posture management, cloud workload protection, Cloud code security and Cloud infrastructure entitlement management. Operating system internals, OS Security migrations and challenges in Windows, Linux, Mac, Android and iOS platforms Endpoint/Device Management and associated Application management on the endpoint to satisfy foundational Zero Trust Principles Experience with the design of a robust Identity and Access Management Control platform including Identity Governance, Automation and advanced capabilities such as privileged access, access reviews and associated functionalities Data-driven security and governance aspects including but not limited to data protection, data loss prevention, information lifecycle governance, auditing and eDiscovery as well as managing insider risk at all levels Cloud security and regulatory compliance standards and frameworks such as CIS, NIST, CSA, CMMC etc. Enterprise Architect Experience: Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, designing and implementing large-scale, complex solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. Ability to integrate various technologies and platforms to create cohesive and scalable architectures Consultative Selling: Proven experience in a consultancy role, providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations to customers. Ability to navigate complex technical landscapes and deliver tailored solutions that meet specific customer needs Strategic & Structured Facilitator: Validated customer experience in requirements capture; prioritization; capturing evidence and impact to quantify business value; issue, risk and constraint identification with a focus on strategic goals and outcomes AI Solution Design Experience: Expertise in designing architectures, building, and deploying AI solutions. Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, networking, adjacent technologies, architecture designs, migrations, and industry standards. Understanding of AI related Azure services Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines Design Thinking: Proven experience of delivering design thinking; ‘ideation'; or similar context analysis / problem framing Security Executive Engagement: Proven experience partnering with CISOs and senior business and technical leaders to define security strategy, influence architectural decisions, and align cloud security investments with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk management priorities. Technical depth: 7+ years of experience architecting and delivering secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions, including Azure, identity, networking, governance, and systems management. Proven expertise in designing and operating large-scale environments with a focus on security, compliance, identity, monitoring, and operational excellence. Experience implementing security, privacy, governance, and regulatory frameworks for cloud and hybrid deployments, supported by industry certifications such as CISSP, GSE, or equivalent. Reliable track record of enterprise modernization, including migration of on-premises workloads and services to cloud platforms.
