Overview
This is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for driving Professional Services Revenue and Growth in ANZ with high level of customer satisfaction primarily in the field of Waters solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for installing and maintaining systems including liquid chromatography and Informatics systems and related professional services activities. This incumbent must demonstrate a strong focus on customer satisfaction as well as excellent technical and troubleshooting skills. - Scope, Document and Manage long term professional services projects E.g. Computerized systems validation

- Ensure customer compliance regulations are followed
Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, GAMP, CSV
- Experience with Chromatography Data Systems like Empower
- Preferred but not mandatory knowledge on TGA, GAMP, US FDA, MHRA Regulations
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License in good standing is mandatory
