POSITION SUMMARY

The In-Line Inspector is responsible for performing in-process and final product inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. This role works closely with production teams to identify quality concerns, maintain accurate records, and support a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure products are built according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Conduct final inspections and document results before products are released or shipped.
  • Maintain accurate inspection and quality records.
  • Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production teams in a timely manner.
  • Collect and track quality-related data as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspection experience.
  • Experience working with quality documentation and inspection processes.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing drawings, specifications, or work instructions.
