About the Role

We're looking for an Implementation Project Manager (Video Production) for a 6-month contract to lead the implementation of a new, internally developed AI system within our video production organization.

You'll own the transition from initial testing to full adoption, coordinating team onboarding, feedback cycles, and cross-functional efforts while ensuring ongoing production runs smoothly and delivery commitments are met throughout the transition.

You'll act as the main point of contact between Production and R&D, translating operational needs into clear requirements, driving the resolution of blockers, and ensuring the system is successfully integrated into existing production workflows.

This is a non-technical role, and no coding is required. We're looking for someone with strong project management and change management capabilities who understands creative production environments and knows how to lead teams through operational change.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation plan, from initial pilots to full adoption, while maintaining ongoing production.
• Lead team onboarding, training, and testing cycles to drive successful adoption of the new system.
• Bridge Production and R&D, translating operational needs into prioritized requests and driving blockers to resolution.
• Drive project execution, mobilizing teams and ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Track adoption, quality, and production performance, proactively managing risks and reporting progress to leadership.
• Establish sustainable workflows, clear ownership, and documentation for a smooth handover.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within creative production, post-production, animation, gaming, or technology-driven operational environments. Must-have.
• Proven experience leading the implementation of new systems or workflows within active production environments, from rollout to full adoption. Must-have.
• Experience working with Product or R&D teams, coordinating testing cycles and translating operational feedback into actionable requirements. Must-have.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and multiple workstreams.
• Experience driving change within teams, introducing new tools, and ensuring successful adoption.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and an understanding of their potential to improve production workflows.
• Proactive and decisive, able to align stakeholders, drive accountability, and move projects forward without direct authority.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving tools and priorities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with the ability to lead meetings, create documentation, and communicate effectively with global teams.

Bonus Points

• Experience in mobile gaming, ad creative, or performance marketing.
• Experience implementing internally developed tools or AI-driven systems within production environments.
