  • Deploy, configure, and integrate the iboss platform with enterprise, commercial and government customers
  • Develop and customize Java-based software solutions to meet specific technical requirements and needs
  • Collaborate directly with\u00A0 IT teams, program managers, and security officers to ensure seamless platform integration with existing\u00A0 infrastructure
  • Build and maintain integrations with agency systems including SIEMs, SOARs, identity providers, and other security tools
Software Development & Customization
  • Design and develop Java-based components, APIs, and integrations tailored to federal customer environments
  • Write clean, secure, well-documented code in accordance with security standards (
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues at the code level in production environments
  • Contribute enhancements and specific requirements back to the core iboss engineering team
Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and architecture reviews with agency stakeholders
  • Provide expert-level guidance on Zero Trust architecture, network security, and cloud security best practices
  • Work closely with the\u00A0 solutions engineering teams to support pre- and post-sale technical activities
  • Document solutions, configurations, and custom development for knowledge sharing across the organization
  • Work with the customer to ensure annual renewal and share new feature advancements
Required Qualifications
  • 2+years of professional software development experience with Java as the primary language
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals \u2014 TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, proxies, and firewalls
  • Proficiency with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with Linux/Unix-based systems
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in live production environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), CASB, or SASE platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with SIEM/SOAR integrations (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, etc.)
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or AWS Certified Security Specialty
