As an HVM Photo Scanner MTS, you will be a key technical contributor within the High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) Photo team, focusing on DUV scanner performance, process optimization, and equipment reliability. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, support new technology introductions, and ensure alignment with Micron’s roadmap. ### Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related STEM field. * 8+ years of experience in photo process or scanner equipment engineering, preferably in a semiconductor HVM environment. * Strong understanding of DUV scanner systems, including ASML immersion platforms and associated metrology tools. * Track record of successful innovation initiatives. * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive measurable improvements in yield, cycle time, and equipment performance. * Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
