HVAC Engineer

Experience:• 10+ years of related multinational experience as an HVAC/R Maintenance Engineer in oil & gas plants (refineries, LNG, or petrochemical) or as a field engineer during plant erection and commissioningSkills & Requirements:• Good communication skills with ability to interact at all levels• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision in upstream oil & gas operations• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and control systems• Good analytical, coordination, cooperation, and planning skills• Result-driven mindset• Strong focus on operational safety• Ability to evaluate technical, economic, environmental, and safety aspects before decisions• Familiar with Process Safety Pillars and relevant elementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in HVAC or similar (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)10+ Years work experience in mandatory, prefer with GCC and/or oil refinery exposure
