Human Resources & EHS Manager – Aerospace Manufacturing Facility (Markesan, WI)An international aerospace manufacturing company is seeking an HR & EHS Manager to lead both the Human Resources function and the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs for its facility in Markesan, WI. This role serves as a strategic and hands-on partner to plant leadership, overseeing HR operations, driving talent strategies, strengthening workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with all labor, safety, and environmental regulations. The position plays a critical role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compensation processes, safety management, risk prevention, and continuous improvement to support a safe, engaging, and growth-oriented workplace.Location United States : Relocation to Markesan, WI is required (relocation support provided).Work ArrangementThis position follows a 2–3 day onsite hybrid structure. Regular on-site presence is required to effectively support plant operations, leadership engagement, and workforce needs.Candidates must be willing to relocate and reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the Markesan, Wisconsin facility. This role is not remote.Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.EducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Safety Management, or a related field.
