Human Resources Business Partner

Connectalents is seeking an HR Business Partner for a leading industrial manufacturing and steel fabrication group specializing in structural steel, piping, and other heavy fabrication solutions.Job RoleAct as the HR partner for the assigned business unit, supporting managers and employees on day-to-day people matters.Support workforce planning, headcount requirements, and organizational needs.Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary cases.Lead and support performance management processes and provide guidance on employee performance.Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business and people decisions.Support organizational changes and other HR projects as required.RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5-7 years of experience as HR Business PartnerExperience in steel fabrication, industrial manufacturing, or heavy industries (mandatory)Hands-on experience in employee relations, workforce planning, and performance managementStrong communication and problem-solving skillsGood command of EnglishHow to Apply:Kindly send your updated CV to logein.e@connectalents.com
