ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and manage trade, operational, and compliance documents for oil transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational and industry requirements.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (including brokers, suppliers, surveyors, and regulatory bodies) to facilitate efficient oil trades and resolve operational matters. Monitor and analyze vessel movements, cargo operations, and fuel consumption, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting to support commercial decisions.Maintain compliance with organizational standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements; participate in audits and risk assessments as needed.Collate operational and performance data, analyze trends, and prepare comprehensive management reports or presentations as required.RequirementsHolds at least a Diploma in an HSE discipline or a relevant marine-related field.Possesses a minimum of two years’ HSE experience, preferably within the marine and shipping industry.Demonstrates a strong commitment and passion for health, safety, and environmental practices.Exhibits strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build effective relationships with external stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Communicates effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.Has completed occupational health and safety training with hands-on experience in HSEQ-related activities.Familiarity with ISM and ISPS codes, incident investigation methodologies, and risk management principles is advantageous.Internal auditor certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is preferred.Michael GohR25140366
