We are working with a flagship academy trust in Leeds seeking an expert HR Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role starting in September, overseeing personnel operations across a large, high-achieving site.

The Role

• Strategic HR:Lead on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management frameworks with total precision.

• Compliance:Maintain the Single Central Record (SCR) to the highest safeguarding standards, ensuring total audit readiness.

• Policy Development:Update and implement HR policies in line with current employment law and Department for Education guidance.

• Culture:Foster a workplace of humanity and mutual respect, supporting the development of a flourishing staff body.
