Are you an independent and driven HR Manager who thrives in a dynamic work environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to help enhance the employee experience and contribute to the success of a growing company in the market research sector.Responsibilities:As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR policies, while also acting as a strategic partner to the management team. Together with the HR Officer, you will ensure a seamless Employee Journey—from on-boarding to off-boarding and everything in between.Your key responsibilities include:Taking the lead on initiatives related to employee engagement, recruitment, selection, training, performance management, and organizational design.Monitoring and adapting HR policies in line with legal requirements and ensuring they fit the company’s strategic goals.Providing strategic advice on HR policies and processes, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s objectives.Acting as the main point of contact for all employees on operational and personal HR matters, alongside the HR Officer.Handling personnel and payroll administration tasks, including maintaining the employee directory and ensuring the accuracy of records.RequirementsBachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resource Management or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role at the Medior/Senior level.Strong organizational, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.Ability to work independently and maintain a customer-oriented approach.Experience with HR software, particularly AFAS, is considered a plus.BenefitsYou will join a company that values your vision and expertise in HR.
