Job Overview
Perform and analyze technical and / or administrative activities related to human resources, developing, and executing plans and programs relevant to engagement, to achieve and maintain a good working environment.
Responsibilities and authority
- Responsible of planning and communicating engagement activities and events according to the annual calendar
- Responsible of execute events and activities according to the calendar and monitoring suppliers to accomplish the event in every turn.
- Responsible of the engagement metric by applying the Pulse Survey Action Plan
- Responsible of Community Ambassador activities
- Responsible of implementing and sharing initiatives to improve motivation and organizational climate.
- Responsible of internal communication and activities of HR and supporting internal teams
- Maintain a cordial relationship with the union by communicating the monthly events and including them in every event.
- Responsible of make on-time the concur declaration report.
- Part of LATAM automotive communication team
- Develop, diffusion, and execute the activities according to the LATAM automotive calendar.
- Design flyers and multimedia support in the BU
- Responsible of film and editing videos/photos of internal and global activities.
- Coordinates and supervises the execution and communication of the engagement survey (EVC)
- Coordinates and supervises the execution and communication of the culture survey
- Carries out actions to reduce environmental impact, as well as activities for compliance with the ISO14001 standard.
- Authority to stop a process in which there is the possibility of harming the environment or/and that is outside environmental legal compliance.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist focus on people and culture.
- Experience working in unionized manufacturing environments
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in employee engagement and internal communications.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced manufacturing / automotive environment.
- Proficiency in Canva is high desirable.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (nice to have)
- Events organization
Travel: Less than 10%
Location: Hermosillo, Sonora.

What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
