Program Information * Duration: Two years * Rotations: Two unique twelve‑month assignments in different HR functions * International Exposure: The second year of the program includes an international rotation within the EMEA region * Program Start: Program start date to be confirmed First Rotation – Budapest | HR Services Operational Excellence Your program journey begins in Budapest, within the Human Resource Services (HRS) Operational Excellence Team, working as an HR Services Continuous Improvement & OPEX Specialist. In this role, you will: * Support key HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives * Gain a comprehensive understanding of end‑to‑end HR service delivery processes * Partner with HR Services Centers to: * Advise on service and process improvements * Enhance existing HR services * Support the transition and implementation of new HR services * Contribute to operational excellence, efficiency, and service quality across HR Services Second Rotation – International HR Assignment (EMEA) In the second year of the program, you will relocate within the EMEA region and work in one of the following roles: * Country HR Generalist, or * Junior HR Business Partner Second‑year rotation locations are not predetermined and will be decided based on: * Business needs * Individual profiles and performance * Language capabilities ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field * Graduated in 2025 or graduating latest by August 2026 * A Master’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred * Relevant work or internship experience is a plus * Up to 3 years of experience considered * Fluent English (mandatory) * Fluency in at least one additional EU language is mandatory * German or French strongly preferred ## Skills * Effective communication skills * Proactive and curious mindset * Ability to learn quickly and take on challenging tasks * Strong interest in building a leadership career in a multinational environment * Flexibility and willingness to relocate within the EMEA region during the program What we offer: * Being part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry. * Work in a company with commitment to Inclusion & Diversity and Sustainability. * Comprehensive support throughout the relocation process, both during and after the program, tailored to your rotation. * Exclusive learning curriculum designed to bolster your leadership skills.
