Behind every great hotel experience is what guests often never see: a strong team, seamless operations, and a commitment to excellence. This is where you come in. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you and your team play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a positive and memorable stay, from their first impression to their departure.
Your key responsibilities:
- Ensure and monitor quality standards in guest rooms, VIP areas, and public spaces
- Coordinate the daily operations of our housekeeping service partners
- Inspect cleanliness, organization, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas
- Record and follow up on maintenance requests and manage lost-and-found items
- Work closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Management teams
- Support administrative tasks within the Housekeeping Office
- Train, onboard, and support new team members and apprentices
Be able.
- Initial experience in housekeeping or formal training in hospitality
- A keen eye for quality and cleanliness
- Good German and English language skills for our international hotel environment
- Strong organizational skills, a hands-on attitude, and a team-oriented mindset
- A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
