• Betreuung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses von der Kandidatenansprache bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
• Aufbau und Pflege eines internationalen Kandidatennetzwerks
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden aus der Luftfahrtindustrie
• Durchführung von Interviews und Vorauswahl geeigneter Kandidaten
• Nutzung moderner Recruiting-Tools und Plattformen
• Marktbeobachtung und Entwicklung neuer Recruiting-Strategien

Dein Profil

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit allen gängigen Office-Anwendungen
• Hohe Motivation, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägtes kommerzielles Denken
• Erfahrung im Recruiting / Headhunting von Vorteil
• Erfahrung im Luftfahrtbereich oder im luftfahrttechnischen Umfeld ist ein Plus
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit
