Duties include:\u00A0

  • Publicizing approximately 30 titles per year, executing all aspects of each campaign\u2014including developing media and event strategy, writing press materials, pitching and booking trade and consumer press, planning events/tours, and more.\u00A0
  • Working closely and collaboratively with authors and illustrators on all aspects of publicity, including briefing creators for interviews and accompanying authors to publicity engagements*.\u00A0
  • Developing and maintaining close working relationships with members of the press (broadcast, radio, print, digital, trades, podcasts, etc.) and seeking out new media outlets and opportunities for LBYR\u2019s titles.\u00A0
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with booksellers around the country, as well as off-site and lecture event venues.\u00A0

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
