Join Apple’s Instrument Engineering team, where we design and build the custom RF test instruments that help deliver world-leading products to our customers. As GUI Software Lead, you’ll shape the software experience behind some of Apple’s most sophisticated internal hardware — crafting interfaces that match the precision and ambition of the instruments themselves. If you’re energized by hardware-integrated systems, technical leadership, and building something from the ground up, this is your opportunity to make an outsized impact. The GUI Software Lead owns the technical direction and delivery of graphical interfaces for Apple’s internal RF test instruments. You will build and lead the GUI software discipline, partner closely with hardware, embedded and software teams, and drive feature development end-to-end to deliver reliable, high-performance applications. 5+ years of industry software engineering experience or equivalent. Proven experience leading software development teams. Deep experience with at least one major Apple UI framework: SwiftUI, UIKit, or AppKit. Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
