Summary Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -Retail & On-Line Selling: Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey, from the collection discovery and products selection to returns or exchanges management. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends. Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant: Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction. Job Description Duties and responsibilities: * This position will be responsible for conducting store daily operation, efficiently deal with clients’ enquires to meet clients’ expectations. * Answer clients’ phone calls and platform enquires to provide professional service in terms of product recommendations, brand news, stock, logistic, store information etc. * Achieve key KPIs , such as, service level, abandon rate, mystery shopper result, satisfaction rate, individual and team sales targets etc. * Handle customer complaints to ensure customers’ satisfaction, and be careful with sensitive issues & emergency cases * Outreach clients through CRM phones and phone calls to conduct clienteling activities * Build long relationship with clients, enhance clients’ loyalty and foster VIGs * Sorting relevant information and filling dedicated reports * Collect clients’ feedback and report to team supervisor * Complete leaders’ daily tasks and work closely with other internal departments to ensure the store to operate smoothly Job Requirements * Minimum 1 years of customer service team management experience in call center * Familiar with operation system and standards * Passionate on sales, a collaborative team player * Deep understanding of the luxury customers, their needs and expectations; * Ability to work with tight deadlines and achieve multi-task, proactive & problem solving abilities and high level of flexibility; * Good verbal and written communication skills * Fluent Mandarin * Good voice Job Type Fixed Term (Fixed Term) Start Date 2026-09-14 Schedule Full time Organization GUCCI CHINA TRADING LIMITED
