Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. 3+ years experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. 3+ years work experience in matrix-based organization. 3+ years work experience in the technology or software industry. Proven team player and collaborator who has demonstrated solid energy in ambiguous situations; Ability to handle a high degree of ambiguity and fast paced change management. Expertise in financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, planning, reporting, and developing financial models. Solid attention to detail and accuracy, as well as communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple groups; Responsive with solid customer service orientation. Delivering unit, revenue, gross margin, and market share objectives Developing a deep understanding of business strategies, investments, and return on investment (ROI) Building strong partnerships that influence strategy, execution, and decision making The successful candidate will bring a combination of finance expertise, strategic thinking, leadership, and influencing skills to drive business impact across the organization. They will be passionate about developing talent, building high-performing teams, and continuously improving how finance operates. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. Own and continuously evolve the FP&A operating model across the Windows & Devices organization, ensuring planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive review processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned. Translate complex financial and operational dynamics into clear, executive-ready narratives that enable leadership to make informed decisions with confidence. Apply systems thinking to understand end-to-end process dependencies, stakeholder needs, governance requirements, and decision flows, driving simplification and reducing organizational complexity. Drive operational excellence through process redesign, standardization, automation, and adoption of modern technologies to improve efficiency, insight quality, and decision velocity. Champion the use of advanced analytics, data platforms, AI, and emerging technologies to modernize how finance generates insights, supports decisions, and scales its impact.
