Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizes and monitors internal and external order schedules and consolidates deliveries for customers according to the requirements of the Logistics Supervisor, Production and Material Planning Supervisor, and Customs & Transport Associate, including setting expedition priorities;
- Responsible for proper storage and sorting of shipment items as part of preparation activities for goods delivery;
- Responsible for checking shipping orders and visually inspecting product labels to identify non-conformities in cooperation with Quality Control;
- Responsible for accurate creation of transport documents (delivery notes, shipping documents, transport orders, goods pickup orders) for domestic and international customers in the SAP system;
- Maintains up-to-date records of packaging materials (pallets);
- Ensures compliance with legal norms and internal standards related to occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental protection;
Performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor related to functional duties.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Minimum secondary education (Level III or higher);
- Preferably 3 years of work experience in similar positions (e.g., product packaging);
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office package (Excel, Word);
- High level of communication skills.
Forklift Driving License.
