As a Global Facilities Cost Data Program Manager, you will lead initiatives that strengthen data visibility, alignment around critical metrics, and process enablement, with clear responsibility for developing reporting that supports business insight and decision-making across the Global Facilities organization. This role combines data governance, reporting development, and process improvement, with emphasis on data quality, reporting effectiveness, and sustainable ways of working. You will work alongside global teams to reinforce reporting operations, assist in managing important metrics, and increase business visibility. * ## Key Job Responsibilities: ## Data Governance and Reporting * Define and lead the Facilities data strategy by establishing data standards, benchmark frameworks, and governance practices that drive consistency, accuracy, and enterprise-wide usability. * Develop and enhance reporting that provides clear performance visibility and supports timely review of important data. * Translate business requirements into structured reporting approaches and outputs that align with operational needs. * Support ongoing reporting operations by resolving issues, maintaining reliability, and improving efficiency. * Improve reporting capacity through the adoption of productive techniques and enduring work habits among the team. * Partner with collaborators across functions to align reporting priorities and support long-term capability development. ## Business Process Improvement * Drive data and workflow optimization by finding opportunities to simplify processes, enhance visibility, standardize methods, and implement automation to improve efficiency and execution. * Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen execution rigor by improving workflow, reporting practices, and driving adoption of standardized, business-aligned processes. * Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. * Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work. * Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. * Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work. ## Program & Collaborator Collaboration * Collaborate with global partners in Facilities, Finance, IT, and other functions to align priorities and support consistent implementation of data and reporting initiatives. * Facilitate cross-functional discussions to define needs, agree on expectations, and support practical business outcomes. * Promote communication and coordination to aid in the implementation, adoption, and steady advancement of key initiatives. * Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. * Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work. ## Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * 8+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, process optimization, governance, business systems support, or related functions within a large organization. * Demonstrated experience independently leading and delivering complex data, reporting, automation, governance, and process improvement initiatives in a corporate environment. * Advanced expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, including end-to-end Power BI solution development from requirements gathering and data preparation through dashboard creation, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement. Strong proficiency in Power Query, DAX, data modeling, star schema design, measures, and calculated columns. * Experience translating business requirements into effective reporting solutions, data structures, and actionable insights that support operational and business decision-making. * Experience working with enterprise systems and reporting platforms, including SAP. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clarify ambiguous requirements and develop practical, sustainable solutions. * Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholder engagement from requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. * Experience collaborating across global and cross-functional teams, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Familiarity with Facilities operations and business processes is an advantage. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to data accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and integrity. * Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, evolving environments. * Ability to apply digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to responsibly leverage AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, and operational effectiveness.
