This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless, innovative, and customer-centric charging experience across international markets, while expanding and optimizing VinFast’s global charging network.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement VinFast’s global EV charging service strategy across international marketsConduct research on market trends, legal frameworks, competitors, and advanced charging technologiesEstablish and manage strategic partnerships to expand public charging networks globallyOversee operations of charging infrastructure, ensuring performance and customer satisfactionManage collaborations (technology, service, home & public charging solutions) to enhance charging experienceDesign and execute charging programs supporting sales, marketing, and aftersalesCoordinate cross-functionally to manage budgets, KPIs, and operational efficiencyEvaluate and improve service quality and customer experience across marketsRequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive, EV Technology, or related fieldsMinimum 5 years of experience in EV charging, smart mobility, or related servicesStrong understanding of EVs, battery systems, and charging technologiesIn-depth knowledge of global charging networks, regulations, and ecosystemStrong business analysis, planning, and multi-market operation skillsProven ability to build partnerships and negotiate contractsLeadership and project management capabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPassion for sustainability, EVs, and clean energyWe appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
