Position Details Role: Customer Service Specialist (German & English)Location: Remote (based in Portugal)Start Date: 9th December 2024Working Schedule:Rotative shifts:Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00Occasionally: 08:00 - 19:00Days Off: 2 rotational days per week. What You'll Be Doing Serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries about cruise bookings, itineraries, and onboard services.Handle a variety of customer concerns with professionalism via phone, email, and chat.Utilize your problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.Leverage digital tools to manage bookings and resolve issues effectively. What Were Looking For Languages: German (native or fluent) and English (B2 proficiency).Experience: Previous experience in customer service or contact centers preferred.Sales, tourism, or travel agency experience is a plus.Skills:Proven digital literacy and adaptability to new tools.Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Multi-tasking ability and diligence in completing tasks.
