Position Details Role: Content Moderator (German & English)Location: On-site in PortoStart Date: 14th January 2025Working Schedule: Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week):07:00 AM 04:00 PM09:00 AM 06:00 PM01:00 PM 10:00 PM What You'll Be Doing Review and moderate video content from a leading social media platform.Analyze videos according to client-specific guidelines and tag them based on the assigned criteria.Ensure compliance with community guidelines to maintain a safe online environment.Pay close attention to detail and demonstrate patience while performing repetitive tasks.Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. What Were Looking For Languages:German (native or fluent).English (B2 proficiency).Skills & Competencies:Strong attention to detail and focus.Ability to follow guidelines and make decisions consistently.Patience and resilience to handle repetitive tasks.Strong team player with excellent communication skills.Experience: Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or digital platforms is a plus, but not required. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: 950 EUR gross per month (14 months).Language Bonus: 450 EUR gross per month (12 months).Meal Allowance: 1,837 net EUR per year.Totaling: 20 537 EUR per year.Relocation Package:Reimbursement of airfare (up to 400 EUR in economy class) after 6 months of employment.Shared accommodation for up to 12 months: 280 EUR /month (all utilities included, deducted directly from payslip).
