Proven experience in working directly with top-tier OEMs like Toyota, BMW, Volkswagen, Nissan, MG, BYD, Chery.Network & Connections: Established and extensive network of senior-level contacts within OEMs. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-makers.Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive products, technologies, and market trends, particularly within the high-end and luxury automotive segments.Leadership: Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales targets.Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to close large-scale, complex deals.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
