- Develop and execute the company's strategic and operational plans.
- Provide leadership across operations, finance, sales, procurement, production, and human resources.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Establish and monitor organizational KPIs.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and food safety standards.
- Build high-performing leadership teams and foster a culture of accountability.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Report organizational performance and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience, with significant leadership responsibility in FMCG, food manufacturing, retail, or hospitality
