Job Description

• Functional lead of the Operations Team – International Direct Tax (f/m)

• Functional leadership of the international tax operations team and ensuring the implementation of all operational processes in the area of transfer pricing and license management
• Onboarding and further development of the Shared Service Centre in Vietnam, including the organization of knowledge transfer, process documentation, and capacity allocation
• Close coordination with the End-to-End Transfer Price (TP)- and Licence - Management project team regarding the operational implementation of the further project rollouts
• Contact person for the operational implementation of special topics within the scope of TP- and Licence- management (US Tariffs, Customer compensations,…)
• Contact person for stakeholder inquiries (local- / regional Controlling, Divisional- / Business Unit - Controlling) regarding TP changes within the scope of the Transfer price Management Tool
• Coordination of digitalization initiatives and the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) of operational processes

Qualifications

• University degree / Master Diploma in Business, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, or a similar domain
• More than 3 years of experience in Tax, Controlling or Accounting
• Broader process understanding (End-to-End process thinking)
• Experience in (operational) Transfer price Management preferred
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), any other language especially German would be a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills, straightforward, reliable
• Target oriented, well organized, willingness to take user perspective, ability and desire to understand processes in detail
• Passion for pioneering new approaches and interacting with people
• Willingness to travel frequently
