As a Functional Analyst, you bridge business and IT by translating business needs into clear functional requirements that support effective and compliant solutions in financial services environments. You grow your impact by working closely with stakeholders across projects in banking, insurance or payments. Read more about our Talent Academy and Traineeships: Projective Group Academy & Traineeships Your Tasks • Analyse and document business processes and needs. • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications. • Gather, structure and validate requirements with business and IT stakeholders. • Create functional analyses, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria. • Act as a point of contact between business and development teams. • Support development follow-up, functional testing and UAT activities. • Safeguard consistency and quality of functional documentation. APPLY FOR THIS JOB Your skills • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience. • 1–3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role. • Experience in a financial services context such as banking, insurance or payments. • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working. • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements. • Good understanding of application landscapes and system integrations. • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, stakeholder-oriented mindset. • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong asset.
