We are looking for a Technical Lead – Full-Stack Engineer to lead the technical delivery of the IGCH platform. The role will work closely with the in-house Solution Architect, Product Owner, Business Analyst, UI/UX Designer, QA Automation Engineer, and Infrastructure Team to design, build, and deliver a secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud-based digital platform. The Technical Lead will translate the Solution Architect's target architecture into working application design, guide developers, enforce engineering standards, oversee code quality, support CI/CD, coordinate security readiness, and ensure the platform is ready for deployment into AWS-managed environments. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead the engineering team in the design, development, and delivery of the cloud-based digital platform.Architecture Implementation: Translate solution architecture into implementable frontend, backend, API, database, and deployment designs.Full-Stack Development: Design and develop application components using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.API & Integration: Design secure REST APIs and integration patterns to support internal modules and future external integrations.Database Design: Oversee relational data modelling, schema design, transaction handling, audit logging, and reporting-ready data structures.Cloud Application Readiness: Work with the Infrastructure Team to deploy applications into AWS environments.CI/CD & Release: Familiar with configuration and maintain application-level CI/CD pipelines, build processes, deployment scripts, and environment-specific configurations.Security & Code Quality: Act as the team's Security Champion by embedding secure coding, code reviews, SAST, dependency scanning, secret scanning, and vulnerability remediation into the sprint process.VAPT Readiness: Coordinate remediation of security findings from code scanning, DAST, and formal VAPT reports. Required Qualifications Experience: At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience, with experience leading a small engineering team.Frontend: Strong working knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web application development.Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, or NestJS.Database: Strong experience with PostgreSQL, relational database design, SQL optimisation, data integrity, and migration scripts. Experience with non-relational databases such as DynamoDB and OpenSearch.API Development: Experience designing and securing REST APIs.Authentication & Access Control: Knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SSO integration, MFA concepts, RBAC, secure token/session handling, and audit logging.AWS Application Knowledge: Working knowledge of AWS application services such as API Gateway, Lambda, RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL, S3, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager.DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker or container packaging, environment configuration, and release deployment.Security: Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, secure coding, SAST, dependency scanning, secret scanning, and vulnerability remediation.
