Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies. Build clean, reusable, and maintainable code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. Implement modern UI components and design systems using frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or Material UI (MUI). Ensure applications comply with Singapore Government Digital Service Standards (DSS) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Integrate and support GovTech web tools such as WOGAA, Oobee, and WebSG where applicable. Optimize website performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals using tools such as Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and Chrome DevTools. Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior. Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies, accessibility standards, and modern web development trends. Required Experience & Skills:Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Minimum 5+ years of frontend software development experience.Experience delivering enterprise, government, or public-sector digital solutions is highly preferred.Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in an Agile environment.
