Job description
- Work closely with Backend and Product Team to design beautiful products
- Design, develop and manage seamless and thoughtful interactions
- Communicate and provide insights into API development
- Test, troubleshoot, and debug to ensure that the software is functioning seamlessly
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
- Should be able to work autonomously, take initiative on daily tasks, and lead hackathons
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment, ensuring high code quality, performance, and scalability.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of React, Next-js.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Engineer, preferably in the Logistic or ride-hailing services industry; with a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications.
- Has experience in back-end technologies and frameworks is a plus (Java, Python, Node.js +RESTful API's)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
