The team partners with process engineering, technology development, manufacturing, and supplier teams to solve complex integration challenges and accelerate technology ramps through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement. ### Position Overview As a Process Integration Engineer, you will lead multi-functional efforts to improve structural uniformity, process integration, and product performance across critical semiconductor modules. You will apply engineering fundamentals, modeling techniques, and data analysis to identify root causes, develop innovative solutions, and drive manufacturing excellence. This role provides the opportunity to influence technology development, improve yield and quality outcomes, and shape standards across Micron's global manufacturing network. ## Responsibilities * Lead process integration strategies for critical semiconductor modules to improve yield, quality, and reliability * Develop and implement physics-based and process-based solutions to address structural uniformity and integration challenges * Partner with process engineers, integration teams, and suppliers to optimize process interactions and achieve business objectives * Apply model-based root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve complex manufacturing issues * Define, implement, and improve inline monitoring strategies to strengthen process control and reduce variation * Build and maintain expertise in product and process integration across multiple technology nodes * Drive early integration strategies and best-known methods (BKMs) to improve yield ramp and technology readiness * Lead global projects that standardize successful practices and scale solutions across manufacturing sites * Find opportunities to improve business processes, development efficiency, cycle time, and operational performance * Use data-driven insights to support technical decision making and continuous improvement initiatives ## Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field * 7+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, process integration, or a related technical role * Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing process flows and process interactions * Experience analyzing how process changes impact yield, device performance, and product reliability * Experience using data analysis and structured problem-solving methods to resolve complex technical challenges * Knowledge of DRAM, NAND, or related semiconductor device structures and manufacturing technologies ## Preferred Qualifications * Experience leading cross-functional technical projects and influencing outcomes across multiple organizations * Strong analytical skills with experience applying model-based problem solving and data-driven decision making * Proven success identifying root causes and implementing solutions for process, structure, or device-related challenges * Experience developing process control strategies, monitoring systems, or manufacturing best practices * Strong presentation, verbal communication, and technical writing skills * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Experience collaborating with global teams and traveling as needed to support technology development and manufacturing initiatives * Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement * Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
