Key Responsibilities for VIP Client Management
- Provide exceptional service and support to VIP clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Handle sensitive and complex client inquiries with discretion and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance the VIP client experience.
- Organise and participate in exclusive events and meetings for VIP clients.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
