We are now expanding through franchising and seeking to grow our footprint by converting existing floral businesses into French Florist franchise locations and opening new French Florist franchise locations. We have signed our first 25 franchise deals and are growing quickly. Our vision is to cultivate a network of passionate franchisees who share our commitment to quality and creativity.Position Overview: The Franchise Development Administration Manager is the operational backbone of French Florist’s franchise development function — acting as a chief of staff to the team by owning the CRM, managing franchisee applications, and keeping every piece of franchise paperwork, including Item 23 receipt forms, accurate and on time. Key Responsibilities1. CRM & Pipeline Management• Own and maintain the franchise CRM, ensuring data accuracy at every stage of the franchisee pipeline• Track leads, applications, and follow-ups, flagging bottlenecks and keeping the team ahead of next steps• Build and maintain reporting dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health2. Franchise Documentation & Compliance• Prepare, track, and file franchise paperwork, including Item 23 receipt forms, disclosure acknowledgments, and franchise agreements• Ensure franchisee applications and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with state and federal franchise regulations• Partner with Legal to maintain up-to-date FDD records and support document retention and audit-readiness3. Process & Administrative Ownership• Serve as a chief-of-staff-style partner to the franchise development team, managing priorities and cross-functional follow-through• Design and refine internal workflows and templates that reduce manual work and keep the franchise sales process moving• Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations for a smooth handoff from signed franchisee to opening support4. Reporting & Cross-Functional Support• Prepare regular pipeline, compliance, and onboarding status reports for leadership• Act as a key point of contact for prospective franchisees during the application and disclosure process• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as the franchise development function scalesSuccess MeasuresOperational Outcomes• Accurate, up-to-date CRM data with minimal lag between franchisee activity and system records• 100% completion and on-time filing of Item 23 forms and other required franchise paperwork• Streamlined, well-documented application-to-signature workflowBusiness Impact• Reduced time-to-close across the franchise sales pipeline• Improved compliance posture and reduced legal/audit risk• Increased leadership visibility into pipeline health and franchisee onboarding statusLeadership & Collaboration• Trusted partner to Franchise Development, Legal, and Leadership• Able to translate CRM data and paperwork status into clear, actionable updates• Clear, proactive communication across every stage of the franchisee lifecycleQualifications• 2–5 years of experience in franchise development, franchise administration, or a related operations/compliance role• Experience working in a multi-location, franchise, or high-growth business is a plus• Hands-on experience managing a CRM (e.g., FranConnect) and maintaining clean, reliable data• Familiarity with franchise disclosure documents (FDDs), Item 23 receipts, or similar regulated paperwork is a plusSkills & Capabilities• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail, especially around paperwork and compliance deadlines• Strong CRM and systems fluency; comfortable building and refining processes from the ground up• Discreet, dependable, and comfortable operating in a chief-of-staff-style support role• Clear written and verbal communicator across franchisees, leadership, and cross-functional teams• Able to juggle multiple applications, deadlines, and priorities without dropping details• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving franchise environment• Must be able to travel to Southern CA monthly for Discovery Days What Makes This Role Exciting• High-visibility role working directly with franchise development leadership• Opportunity to build and own the systems and processes behind a rapidly scaling franchise network• A true chief-of-staff-style seat with broad exposure across Legal, Finance, and Operations• Work with a mission-driven brand focused on beauty, connection, and craftsmanshipCompensation and Benefits$75,000 - $100,000/yearYear-End Department Bonus goals (up to 10%) Paid time off and professional development allowancesEmployee stock option eligibility after one yearOpportunity to play a key role in shaping a fast-growing franchise systemApply for this positionAutofill from resumeSave time by uploading your resume.
