Job description

Welcome to MICE DESK MICE DESK is the leading European company automating the sales process in the hospitality industry — and we are now expanding to the US. Our platform, Rocket, turns event, meeting, and group inquiries into autonomous end-to- end workflows: from RFP to signed contract, across email, CRM, and PMS systems. We integrate with the systems hotels actually run on — Oracle OPERA Cloud, SIHOT, Guestline, Salesforce, Marriott's enterprise stack — which means our engineers work inside real hotel operations, not against sandbox APIs. We are a Series A-stage company with a deliberately small team and real enterprise traction: major hotel groups across Europe run their group sales on Rocket. The people joining now shape the product, the deployment playbook, and the culture. The Role Forward-Deployed Engineers are how Rocket gets into production. You take the platform to a hotel group and make it work in their environment: their PMS configuration, their data model, their sales process, their edge cases. This is the highest-signal role in the company. You sit between engineering, product, and the customer — writing integration code one day, standing in a hotel's sales office debugging a live workflow the next. Ifyou've admired the FDE model at Palantir: that's the job, applied to hospitality. What You Will Own Deployments, end-to-end. You own the technical success ofeach customer rollout — from initial system integration through go-live to steady production usage. You run multiple deployments in parallel, remote and on-site across the DACH/EU region, and later the US.Enterprise integrations. Connect Rocket to PMS, CRM, and enterprise systems: APIs, webhooks, data synchronization, RPA over legacy interfaces where no API exists. Map customer-specific data models, resolve inconsistencies across heterogeneous systems, and keep data reliable in environments you don't control.Production problem-solving. When something breaks at a customer, you're the one who fixes it — debugging across our stack and theirs, communicating clearly with hotel operators and IT teams alike, and turning every incident into an engineering requirement so it doesn't happen twice.Product feedback loop. You see how Rocket is actually used before anyone else does. You bring structured field insight back to Product and Engineering, propose changes, and directly shape the roadmap. At our stage, the FDE's field notes are the product strategy input. What Success Looks Like 3 months: You've shipped your first deployment to production independently and know our integration stack cold.12 months: You run several customer accounts end-to-end, your deployment playbook is the company standard, and customers ask for you by name. Welcome to MICE DESK

Welcome to MICE DESKWelcome to MICE DESK

MICE DESK is the leading European company automating the sales process in the hospitality industry — and we are now expanding to the US.

MICE DESK

Our platform, Rocket, turns event, meeting, and group inquiries into autonomous end-to- end workflows: from RFP to signed contract, across email, CRM, and PMS systems. We integrate with the systems hotels actually run on — Oracle OPERA Cloud, SIHOT, Guestline, Salesforce, Marriott's enterprise stack — which means our engineers work inside real hotel operations, not against sandbox APIs.

Rocket

We are a Series A-stage company with a deliberately small team and real enterprise traction: major hotel groups across Europe run their group sales on Rocket. The people joining now shape the product, the deployment playbook, and the culture.

We are a Series A-stage

The Role

Forward-Deployed Engineers are how Rocket gets into production. You take the platform to a hotel group and make it work in their environment: their PMS configuration, their data model, their sales process, their edge cases.
