About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor. Our Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for leading and training our outlet teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining our quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operation and assign duties of teams in In-Room Dining and Restaurant outlets. Assist in selecting training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching employees in the F&B outlets.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Effectively handle guest complaints and compliments and communicate to the management team.

• Assist and organize departmental meetings with the management team, carry out daily service briefings, and assist in the organization of training sessions.

• Work with Outlets Managers to keep high standards of hygiene, service and presentation in the restaurant and bar, and amongst the staff.

• Responsible for duties of the F&B Outlet Manager in their absence.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in a supervisory position preferred.
• Minimum of one year of food service or equivalent experience is required.
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States required

What To Expect

• Work a flexible work schedule of 40-45 hours weekly that will include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Role will require the ability to work in all outlets of our Food and Beverage division.
• Collaborate with departments through various hotel systems and platforms to provide a memorable guest experience.
• Fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical.
