- Be able to read/understand custom, detailed layouts
- Deliver high quality professional service along with exceptional customer service on every job on behalf of Accent Countertops
- Have reliable transportation and able to provide own tools for the job
- Be flexible and willing to stay and get the job done right the first time
- Pass a background check
- Travel to customers' homes/business to install stone countertops
- Determine and implement the best layout to achieve a desired pattern for tile installation to achieve highest quality workmanship on the job site
- Remove any old stone, tile, grout and adhesive using chisels and scrapers and clean the surface carefully
- Follow specifications for installation of new stone including accurate measures, proper installation to fit around obstacles, application of motor, finishing and dressing joints etc.\u00A0
- Remove and replace cracked or damaged countertops
- Other duties as assigned
