We are currently seeking a polished and highly adaptable Float Concierge to join a landmark luxury residence. This is an excellent opportunity for a service-led professional with experience in five-star hotels, private members clubs, or high-end residential developments. The role will primarily cover night shifts, with flexibility to support day operations when required, ensuring a seamless 24-hour concierge service for residents. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a consistently warm, professional, and personalised service to residents, guests, and visitors Act as a central point of contact for all resident interactions, managing requests via phone, app, email, and in person Provide tailored lifestyle and local recommendations, coordinating bookings and bespoke services where required Maintain the safety and security of the building through regular patrols, monitoring access, and following all procedures Carry out internal and external inspections, reporting and escalating any maintenance, health, or safety concerns Manage all parcel, post, and delivery processes, ensuring accurate logging and timely resident communication Maintain precise records for keys, fobs, access cards, and visitor logs in line with security protocols Respond effectively to incidents or emergencies, acting as the main point of contact during night shifts when senior management is not present Support the planning and coordination of resident events and activation of amenity spaces Build strong relationships with local businesses and service providers to enhance the resident experience Assist with onboarding and training of new team members where required Ensure all front-of-house and communal areas are maintained to impeccable standards at all times Keep detailed daily logs of incidents, requests, and shift handovers, ensuring continuity of service Adhere to all health & safety procedures, including fire safety, manual handling, and emergency protocols Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury concierge, front-of-house, or guest services role within a five-star hotel, private members club, or high-end residential development Experience working night shifts or in a 24-hour operation is highly desirable Immaculate presentation with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organised, reliable, and adaptable with the ability to work across both day and night shifts Proactive and intuitive approach to service, with strong attention to detail Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage incidents and prioritise effectively Discreet and professional at all times, with a clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection Confident using concierge or property management systems such as SPIKE, BuildingLink, or similar Additional language skills are advantageous but not essential Eligible to work in the UK Please note: Only candidates who meet all key requirements will receive a response.
