ABOUT THE JOBPosition Title: Fleet ManagerLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesEmployment Type: Full-timeABOUT THE ROLEA Fleet Manager is required to lead the daily operations of the delivery fleet, ensuring riders are effectively managed, operational issues are resolved promptly, and delivery performance consistently meets business targets. The role works closely with operations and maintenance teams to optimize rider performance and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise and manage the daily activities of delivery riders.Plan rider shifts, attendance, and manpower allocation to support operational requirements.Monitor rider performance, productivity, and punctuality, implementing corrective actions where necessary.Handle operational escalations and customer complaints, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving corrective actions.Ensure compliance with company policies, RTA regulations, UAE traffic laws, and safety standards.Coordinate bike servicing and maintenance schedules to maximize fleet availability.Work closely with operations teams to optimize allocation of riders and order dispatching.Monitor delivery performance and ensure operational KPIs and service levels are consistently achieved.Ensure riders are equipped with the required uniforms and safety gear before deployment.RequirementsEducation / QualificationBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.Experience2–3 years of experience in fleet or rider management within last-mile logistics.Experience in last-mile delivery and dark store operations.Hands-on experience in managing operational escalations and preparing RCA reports.Experience in managing rider shifts and manpower planning and deployment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and operational reporting tools.Skills & AttributesStrong leadership and management skills.Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and a solid understanding of UAE regulations.
