With a growing portfolio of landmark developments across strategic locations, the company is committed to delivering innovative communities that combine contemporary design, sustainability, and exceptional customer experiences.Job Role:Supervise architectural finishing works, including marble, granite, painting, flooring, gypsum ceilings, doors, windows, glass, aluminum, and façade works.Review drawings, shop drawings, and specifications before execution.Coordinate finishing activities with MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor subcontractors, inspect materials and workmanship, and ensure compliance with quality standards and ISO requirements.Conduct site inspections, prepare snag lists, and follow up on corrective actions before handover.Track project progress, support cost control efforts, resolve technical issues, and ensure work is completed on schedule.Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.5–10 years of experience in finishing works, preferably on commercial or mixed-use projects.Strong experience with façade works, marble, granite, and high-end architectural finishes.Ability to read architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.Knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and construction cost control principles.Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and MEP teams.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Nice to Have:Experience working on malls, commercial complexes, or mixed-use developments.Knowledge of BIM software (Revit or Navisworks).Experience with project handover, snagging, and quality management systems.How to Apply:Kindly send your updated CV to logein.e@connectalents.com
