Job description
Join our team as a Financial Crime Controls Consultant and play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organisation through independent case authorisation and expert assessment of complex financial crime investigations. In this position, you will deliver robust challenge and assurance across high-risk cases, ensuring decisions are evidence-based, clearly documented, and fully aligned with regulatory expectations and internal standards.
Working closely with first line teams, you will apply deep financial crime expertise across AML and fraud investigations, taking a holistic view of risk while maintaining a strong focus on fair customer outcomes and proportionate decision-making. An ICA qualification (or equivalent) is desirable, combined with proven investigative experience and the confidence to challenge effectively while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.
