Finance Manager

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee full set accounting, financial reporting, and project finance activities within a property development group. The role will support management reporting, project costing, budgeting, and cash flow planning for ongoing development projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing and reportingPrepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and financial performance reviewMonitor project costing, WIP, and development expenditureSupport revenue recognition (POC method) for property development projectsLead budgeting and forecasting for development projectsManage cash flow planning and banking facilitiesLiaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankersSupervise and guide a finance teamEnsure compliance with MFRS, internal controls, and reporting standardsRequirementsDegree in Accounting / Finance or professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA preferred)Minimum 5–8 years of finance experience with must have exposure in property development, construction, real estate, or infrastructure industryStrong knowledge of MFRS, especially revenue recognition (MFRS 15)Experience in project accounting, WIP, and Percentage of Completion (POC) methodStrong analytical and leadership skillsERP system experience (SAP) is an advantage
