Role SummaryThe Finance Manager is responsible for managing the company’s financial health, including reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and cost control. This role ensures accurate financial data, strong internal controls, and provides insights to support management decisions and business growth. The Finance Manager works closely with leadership and other departments to support overall company performance.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial ReportingPrepare monthly and annual financial reports.Manage closing processes and ensure accuracy of financial data.Maintain internal controls and coordinate audits.Budgeting & MonitoringLead annual budgeting and forecasting.Monitor actual results versus budget and explain differences.Support departments in managing their budgets.Cash Flow ManagementMonitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and inventory.Ensure sufficient cash for daily operations and expansion.Cost & Profitability ControlAnalyze company costs and identify savings opportunities.Support pricing and profitability analysis.Evaluate financial returns on projects and investments.Business SupportProvide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making.Prepare dashboards and clear financial summaries for management.Systems & Process ImprovementEnsure proper use of accounting/ERP systems.Improve processes and support automation initiatives.Compliance & RiskEnsure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.Manage financial risks and maintain proper procedures.Team LeadershipLead and develop the finance team.Promote accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.RequirementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA) is an advantage.5–10 years of relevant finance experience.Strong knowledge of accounting standards and ERP systems.Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Reporting LineReports to: Finance Director / CFOManages: Finance and Accounting team
