Partner with Project Owners, Tech Leads, and Business Unit stakeholders to secure formal sign-off and commitment on benefit ownership and delivery. Ensure business cases comply with financial policies (e.g., ROI hurdles, capex control) and reflect a comprehensive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Support the development of the overall Tech and Digital investment strategy, including budget allocation, prioritization frameworks, and portfolio management. Support in preparation of Board papers, strategy decks, and Executive Committee updates, translating complex tech investments into clear financial narratives and compelling business rationale. Provide insightful analysis on the performance of the tech portfolio, highlighting variances, risks, and opportunities to senior management. Move beyond reporting numbers to providing actionable insights on tech spend performance, benefit realization, and the strategic health of the digital portfolio.
